Welcome to the DigiMEP team!

We here at Internet of Team are thrilled to have a rapidly growing community of talented technicians. With all of our new found members, we get an abundance of questions on how it all works. To get you started, here is a quick guide to everything DigiMEP.

Attached to this guide is a new users welcome guide. We highly recommend you look over the provided document before requesting help for the team as the answer to your issue is more than likely already provided. Just in case you run into a specific issue that is not covered by the provided document, we have a few solutions for you;

Here, you can find helpful how-to tutorials through our Knowledge Base and access supporting documents. We are constantly adding more information to better help our technicians to check back regularly!

If you have a technical issue, you can submit a ticket to our IT team. You can reach the team a couple of different ways.
Our support email is support@digimep.zohodesk.com. All emails sent here will generate a ticket for us to keep track and resolve your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you scroll to the bottom of our website, you can find a chat option. This will also generate a ticket for our team to follow up with you regarding your issue.

Do keep in mind we have multiple departments here at Internet of Team. Our main teams include a commissioning team for most on-site issues (hardware problems, question regarding forms or scope of work) and an IT team (for technical problems, failing form uploads, bug reporting.)
