Common Issues Guide

Common Issues Guide

Here are some common issues and quick tips on how to solve them

Photos Will Not Upload
-Check network connectivity. Run a speed test on your device and make sure your upload speeds are greater than 2 MBPS. If less than 2 MBPS, finish survey, save as a draft and upload once better connection is found.
-Turn off live photos (Iphone only.) These large photos will prevent form uploads or give unacceptably long upload speeds. More info and how-to here: https://support.digimep.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-turn-off-live-photos-from-iphone
-Photos missing entirely? Check your drafts. We often see techs accidently starting a new form without realizing. Double check your drafts to see if your original form with your photos is present. We cannot pull, send, locate or find missing drafts. The drafts are saved to your device, we have no access to them.

Forms Are Missing
-Check network connectivity. Forms assigned to you will automatically appear on your home page. This feature requires network connection.
-Check with your supervisor if you should be able to access the form. Your supervisor lets us know what forms you will need when we make your account. If there is a discrepancy, call us at 512-686-2465, option 2.

Emailed Report is Missing
-Make sure your form has uploaded completely. If you have interrupted the upload process, you will not receive your emailed report.
-Check your spam, blocked, junk, archive folders. Some email servers will flag auto-generated emails and remove them from your inbox. Check your email thoroughly.
